Assessment Content

At Sentient, we understand your needs as an employer. We began by researching competencies for high performance, asking questions such as: "What do employers want?" "What are the basic behaviors and values of high performance?" and "What trends do we need to be aware of?" The result is a comprehensive list of 7 performance areas and 90 competencies with valid, reliable questions to correspond.

Our Sentient 360° assessment is asset based and has been reviewed, critiqued and edited by a panel of experts.
